The Customer Advocacy Council will champion the cause of any Micromeritics customer who believes the level of service and support they receive does not meet their expectations. We want to assure our customers that any of their customer support concerns will be addressed at the highest level within the company.
The council will function independently of business operations and has a mandate to improve customer service by increasing the level of attention to customer concerns and, as a result, adjusting internal processes to enhance the customer’s experience with Micromeritics.
We are looking forward to working with, and on behalf of, our customers and strengthening the customer-focused culture throughout Micromeritics.
